About the Allan Gray Graduate Analyst Programme (GAP)
The Graduate Analyst Programme (GAP) aims to develop future analysts by offering a curated learning experience within one of South Africa’s leading investment management firms.
During the programme, trainees rotate through several areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of how the company operates.
Some of the departments participants may work in include:

Each graduate trainee is paired with a senior leader mentor who provides guidance and professional development support throughout the programme.
