About the Role
Refined Naturals is expanding and searching for a high-energy creative professional who can help redefine the aesthetic of premium skincare.
This office-based role combines graphic design, content creation, social media management, packaging design, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will become the visual heartbeat of the brand, helping create engaging content and maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer & Content Creator will be responsible for:
- Designing high-conversion graphics for Shopify, campaigns, and print media
- Creating product labels and packaging designs
- Shooting and editing video/photo content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Designing and managing email marketing campaigns
- Monitoring social media trends and community engagement
- Managing the digital media library and brand assets
- Working with influencers and creators to generate user-generated content
- Assisting with product launch campaigns and photoshoots
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have strong experience in:
Design & Creative Software
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- CorelDRAW for label production
- CapCut or similar video editing software
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
- Shopify store management
- Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Facebook Ads Manager and Creator Studio
- Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Preferred Experience
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of minimal and premium visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and proactively
