Limpopo Education Caregiver Jobs 2026: R4,500/Month, 37 Posts, Grade 10

The Limpopo Department of Education runs more than 3 800 public schools and is the largest employer in the province. Among those are special schools and full-service schools that support learners with disabilities, learning barriers, behavioural challenges and personal-care needs. These schools depend on caregivers and class assistants who work one-on-one with learners so that teachers can teach the whole class.

The Individual Learner Support Caregiver programme places assistants in 13 schools across seven education districts: Capricorn South, Mogalakwena, Mopani East, Mopani West, Sekhukhune South, Vhembe East and Waterberg. Posts range from one to six per school. Caregivers help learners with mobility, feeding, toileting where required, classroom participation, behaviour support and record-keeping, and work alongside teachers, therapists and parents.

2. Choose the school closest to where you live and copy its exact reference number from the list above.
3. Complete the Z83 in full and write the reference number in the “Reference Number” field. If Parts E, F or G need more space, write “refer to Curriculum Vitae (CV)”.
4. Attach your CV, highlighting any experience with children, caregiving or community work.
5. Post or hand-deliver your application to the district office that matches your chosen school (addresses below).
6. Submit well before 16:00 on 25 September 2026 to avoid postal delays.
