What You Will Do
As a learner at Postbank, you will gain practical experience by assisting with various operational and administrative functions. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Supporting call centre functions and other departmental initiatives
- Capturing, updating and maintaining records
- Preparing correspondence and documentation
- Participating in workplace training and development programmes
- Following company policies, procedures and professional standards
- Completing assigned tasks relevant to the learnership programme
- Attending theoretical learning classes
- Completing assessments and Portfolio of Evidence (POE) requirements

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Postbank Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate (NQF Level 4)
- South African citizen
- Unemployed with no work experience or limited work experience (0–6 months)
- Basic computer literacy
- Reside in Bloemfontein or surrounding areas
- Willing to enrol for the Senior Certificate in Banking
- Able to communicate effectively in English
