Scope of Duties

Financial and administrative registry responsibilities include maintaining the franking machine register, recording money daily, and conducting spot checks to ensure no private post is included. The role also involves maintaining a remittance register, recording valuable articles, and hand-delivering remittances to finance.

Additional responsibilities include electronic scanning of files, sorting and packaging files for archiving, compiling document lists for archives, and maintaining accurate records of archived documents. The Registry Clerk must ensure confidentiality and compliance with registry procedures at all times.
