Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Educational Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification registered at NQF Level 4.
- A valid Section 13 / Section 26 (D) Trade Test Certificate is required.
- A valid driver’s license (Code B, EB, or C1).
- Own transport to attend to emergency call-outs is necessary.
Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a qualified Millwright, ideally in a mineral processing plant or a similar industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with VSD (Variable Speed Drives) and AS-i (Automation Systems Interconnect) installations is essential.
- Strong knowledge of pump installations and maintenance, along with transformer and mini-sub maintenance.
