1. Medical Officer Grade 1

• Locations: Witbank Hospital (X2 Posts), Amajuba Memorial Hospital (X2 Posts)
• Salary: R1,001,349 – R1,078,116 per annum

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: MBChB degree or equivalent, allowing registration with HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner.
• Experience: No experience required after registration with HPCSA for South African graduates. Foreign graduates must have at least one year of relevant experience post-registration.
• Skills: Knowledge of medical ethics, multidisciplinary management, teamwork, and clinical assessments.

Key Duties:

• Manage patients in a level 2/3 service facility.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of medical protocols.

2. Operational Manager Nursing (PN-B3): Maternity

• Locations: Bethal Hospital (X1 Post), Carolina Hospital (X1 Post)
• Salary: R693,096 – R789,861 per annum

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and R425 qualification (Diploma/Degree in Nursing), Advanced Midwifery qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC. At least 5 years should be in a specialized maternity unit.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Duties:

• Manage and provide professional leadership in the Advanced Midwifery Unit.
• Ensure that all maternity services adhere to the Batho Pele Principles.
• Oversee the training and development of staff and nursing students.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with a three-year National Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
