Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) as a General Nurse & Midwife
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- 0–2 years’ relevant experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Working knowledge of relevant Acts and Regulations
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence (Code 10 advantageous)
- Must be an unemployed South African graduate residing in Cape Town

Key Performance Areas
As a Clinical Graduate Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Services & Wellness Support
- Provide clinical services at developmental and curative levels
- Deliver preventative health and wellness services
- Implement specific health and wellness interventions
Policy & Compliance
- Maintain and implement policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with managers, service providers, and stakeholders
- Handle routine correspondence and wellness-related enquiries
Research & Monitoring
- Participate in research opportunities
- Monitor and report on service effectiveness
- Coordinate and compile relevant reports
Organisational Support
- Provide organisational management consultation
- Support wellness events and citywide functions
