Key Responsibilities

Creditors Control

You will manage supplier-related financial processes, including:

• Maintaining creditor relationships
• Preparing creditor payment lists monthly
• Capturing purchase orders and invoices on Sage
• Saving invoices, proof of payments, and documents
• Monitoring creditor age analysis
• Onboarding new suppliers
• Maintaining accurate creditor master data

Debtors Control

You will handle client-related financial tracking, including:

• Managing debtor relationships
• Preparing revenue registers
• Creating and sending invoices
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Monitoring debtor age analysis
• Maintaining debtor master data
• Managing payment agreements and overdue accounts

Data Capturing and Banking

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing bank imports for processing
• Maintaining a list of company bank accounts
• Downloading and storing bank statements
• Assisting with opening and closing bank accounts
• Completing FICA and KYC compliance requirements

General Finance Duties

Minimum Requirements
