Key Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification
- A three-year National Diploma or Degree in Security Risk Management, or equivalent at NQF Level 6/7, recognized by SAQA.
- Experience
- At least two years of experience in security services.
- Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Generic Competencies
- Quality work output, initiative, reliability, strong interpersonal relations, communication, teamwork, and execution.
- Technical Competencies
- Office administration, Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) reporting, and knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).

Main Functions & Duties
Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing and processing Z204 forms
- Capturing vetting details in SVIS (Security Vetting Database)
- Monitoring vetting progress and status
- Managing delivery/collection of security documents
- Responding to client enquiries and compiling clearance statistics
- Building liaison with SAPS, SSA, and credit bureaus
