Minimum Requirements for Data Capturer Jobs

  • Maintain accurate vaccination records
  • Record vaccine batch numbers and dates

2. Operational Support

  • Maintain cold-chain data logs
  • Track farm visits and livestock movements
  • Monitor compliance in high-risk zones
  • Assist with visitor log sheets

3. Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate daily and weekly reports
  • Compile Early Warning Indicators (EWI)
  • Prepare tracking and case management reports
  • Summarise data for system uploads

4. Administrative Compliance

  • Liaise with Animal Health Technicians
  • Resolve data discrepancies
  • Organise electronic and physical records
