1. Call Centre Agent (Ref No. 10/2025/26)
- Location: Head Office
- Salary: R269,499 per annum (SL 06)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Call Centre Certificate or similar qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Fluent in English and Setswana.
Key Duties:
- Handle all incoming calls and manage inquiries.
- Assist with service delivery complaints, specifically related to SAPS.
- Coordinate first responders to incidents and accidents.
- Maintain administrative duties and assist with data collection.

2. Accounting Clerk (Creditors Payment Contractual) (Ref No. 11/2025/26)
- Location: Head Office, Mafikeng
- Salary: R228,321 per annum (SL 05)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word).
Key Duties:
- Assist with capturing receipts on BAS.
- Compile and capture journals.
- Support audit documentation retrieval and assist with financial reporting.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

- Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations.
- Computer literacy.

- Location: GD Montshioa Airport

Requirements:
- Grade 12 and one year of experience in firefighting.
- Firefighter 1 and 2 certifications (NFPA).
- Valid driver’s license (Code C1).

- Ensure airport safety and compliance with SACAA and ICAO regulations.
- Participate in fire drills and firefighting training.
