Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant
The role of the Maintenance Assistant comes with a wide range of duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Minor Maintenance Services: Assisting with repairs and maintenance on public assets, ensuring that they meet required standards.
- Loading and Off-Loading of Equipment: Helping in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Installation and Maintenance: Assisting with the installation and maintenance of equipment, portable tools, and pumps to ensure operational efficiency.
- General Maintenance: Supporting the execution of daily maintenance tasks, such as trenching, weeding, and backfilling.
