Graduates must have a completed bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • Digital Marketing / Marketing and Sales
  • Data Science / Data Analytics
  • Information Technology
  • Transport and Logistics
  • Operations Management / Retail Management / Brand Management
  • LLB / Legal and Compliance / Commercial or Property Law
  • Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations
  • Finance / Accounting / Information Systems (including CIMA / CFP streams)
  • Public Relations Management / Stakeholder Relations
  • Development Studies / Project Management
  • Brand Communication / Communications
  • Business Management / Economics / Business Administration
  • Engineering (Civil or Industrial)
  • Property Studies / Real Estate

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be between 18 and 29 years old
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must reside within Sasol local communities such as Secunda, Sasolburg, or Ekandustria, or within a 50km radius of Sasol sites
  • Must have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields
