For Personnel Official: Production (Ref No: DCMWC/04/07/26/02)

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
  • Experience in Human Resources (added advantage)
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Knowledge of the Persol/Persal system
  • Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

For Administration Clerk: Production (Ref No: DCMWC/04/07/26/03)

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
  • Experience in Human Resources (added advantage)
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Knowledge of the PERSOL/PERSAL system
  • Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Scope of Duties

The Personnel Official: Supervisor will assist in presenting personnel practice interventions and provide advisory and consultancy services to Western Cape clients. The role includes salary and personnel practice support, supervising personnel, and supporting PSAP staffing functions. The position also involves researching and implementing personnel practice interventions within the performance management environment.

The Personnel Official: Production will administer personnel utilisation and performance interventions. Responsibilities include providing advisory services, assisting with salary and performance management audit support, and offering administrative support related to PSAP staffing.

The Administration Clerk: Production will provide reception services to the Directorate of Human Resource Career Management, Western Cape office. The role includes administrative support for office equipment, stationery, and store supplies. Additional duties involve leave administration support, building support, maintaining military vehicles, and arranging duty away from home.
