The Chef Apprenticeship Programme at West Coast TVET College offers an exciting opportunity for young South Africans who want to build a career in the hospitality and culinary industry. A total of 30 students will be selected for the programme, and successful participants will receive a monthly stipend while gaining valuable skills and experience.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the Chef Apprenticeship Programme, applicants must:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Have at least NCV Level 2 or Grade 10.
  • Have Mathematical Literacy.
  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in cooking and hospitality.
