What You’ll Be Doing

This role focuses on maintaining and improving public spaces across the city. Your daily tasks will include:

  • General horticultural maintenance in parks and public areas
  • Cleaning parks, open spaces, and traffic islands
  • Removing weeds and alien/invasive plants
  • Picking up litter and maintaining cleanliness
  • Working in both developed and remote outdoor environments

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must meet the following:

  • Basic literacy skills
  • Physically fit and healthy (no back problems)
  • Able to perform manual labour duties
  • Willing to work shifts, overtime, and standby when required
  • Must pass a criminal record check (at your own cost)

Bonus: Experience in horticulture or maintenance is an advantage, but not required.
